Returns & Exchanges
At Erea, we take pride in the sculptural quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original Erea packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
The Process

Initiate: Contact us at info@ereajewelry.com to start your request.

Review: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Shipping Fee: A flat return shipping fee of $5 USD will be deducted from your final refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 20 days of you receiving your piece. Please contact info@ereajewelry.com to begin the exchange process and verify stock availability.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Exceptions
To protect the bespoke nature of our premium offerings, the following items are considered Final Sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

Fine Jewelry & Solid Gold: As these sculptural pieces are handcrafted and made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Sale Items: All items purchased at a discount, during promotional periods, or from our "Last Chance" section.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping & Tracking

U.S. Customers: You may request a pre-paid return label; the cost of shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

International Customers: You may purchase a pre-paid return label by requesting a link to our international return portal.

Self-Shipping: If you choose to ship the return yourself, please use a safe, trackable method and provide our team with the tracking information.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong piece, contact us immediately at info@ereajewelry.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
